One-fourth of all professional jobs in North America are now remote, and that will soon include positions at SMG Business Services. After much reflection, we have decided to transition most of our employees to an at-home work model. We’re excited about the value this will create for our team and our clients!
Why is SMG going remote?
SMG, our employees, and our clients will begin immediately benefiting from this new work model. Research shows employers can save up to $11,000 per employee who works remotely in some capacity. These are funds SMG can recapture and reinvest into higher priority, client-focused initiatives. Remote work also allows us to expand our talent pool so we can hire based on the best fit for the job. We’re currently recruiting as SMG grows and evolves!

I don’t know about you, but I’d be much happier if I was able to better balance work and family while saving thousands of dollars each year. I’d be more productive, too.
